16. Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Time: Standard shipping across India takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email/SMS.

Service Coverage: We deliver to most locations across India. In case your pin code is not serviceable, we will contact you to make alternate arrangements.

17. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations cannot be guaranteed as processing may have already begun.

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges: If your phone case arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no extra cost.
